Have you installed the correct firmware? On default the firmware for dual head and dual extruder is installed.

i have the identic Problem with the Extruder.
Motor and cable are checked and ok.
only the Extruder dont work.
Is the print head going up to 210C?
The extruder will not run until the temp for print head is up to the proper temp.
Also make sure the plugs are in the proper connectors.
the heater heats up,ut the Extruder Motor don’t do anything.
If I conéct him to the x,y or z axis he works.
Has the extruder worked at all? Does the motor make any sound? Does the led LD10 right next to the ext1 stepper blink when motor should turn? If you try to rotate motor by hand when it should be extruding, does it turn or does it hold still?
P.s. Check previous page, theres a good list of things to check if you havent already.
Swap the stepper driver with one of the other motors and check if the extruder motor is working.
Woohoo! I got new motherboard and driver right before new years evening. Driver at least was confirmed to be broken but I am 99% sure the motherboard was faulty too.
Anyway I have the printer up and running as we speak and getting very nice results with Velleman PLA!
Maybe the waiting time that was spent fine tuning the shafts and belts paid off 
p.s. I’m printing duct for the small 25mm fan! I’ll share it as I have tested it… first version is now mounted already.

I got exactly the same problem as Ronkeli.
What can I do?
I have contacted the dealer, they should work on the case.
I also contacted vellerman, but the told me ti contact the dealer first.
