hi,
I bought last week 1 PCSU1000 Oscilloscope from velleman.
But i have difficulties to install the software.
My computer is a 64 bit windows 7 system,
but the software i received was only for 32 bit systems.
I have surched on the internet and found the PcLab2000SE software,
Now i have this software, but the computer didn’t found the driver.
I found also the driver on the internet ,
a zip file pcsu1000driver_2_04_16.zip
but i don’t know what i need to do with the file/content of the file,
because there is no .exe in the file…
So, what do i need to do with this file ?
Do i need to copy, and, to where ??

Here is the Velleman downloads page where you’ll find the latest software and the driver:

In the package there is instructions in the “Release Notes.pdf” how to update the driver.
When installing the driver for the first time you may look this instructions: box.com/s/vh9olqyx3idhhxn8ujwm
For other scope but applicable…
i have installed the driver i guess …
But i still have a loading error …
Could not open de DriverLINX driver.
Please run INSTALL_DRV.EXE to install the driver.
Function generator is not functioning …
Is that normal ?

You can avoid this message by selecting on the PcLab2000SE startup screen the PCSU1000 and PCGU1000.
Next time you can select the PCSU1000 only.
