I use 15 K8064 dimmers and they all working fine. Last week i replaced a normal bulb by a energy-efficient lamp.
I can dimm the lamp about 10 times and then the dimmer gives a error code 4. The red led blinks 4 times.
I use a dimmable energy saving lamp.
What is the problem?
Probably the dimming IC (a programmed PIC) goes crazy because of the strange load (cosinus phi not equal to 1). This kit can dim loads with a max. phase shift of 30 degrees. Energy saving lamps and LED-lamps, which have a kind of switched mode power supply built in, can have a cosinus phi that changes all the time and can deviate largely from the ideal value: 1 (0 degrees phase shift). So with these kind of lamps, it is possible that the kit goes into error state.

Just guess but it soounds like your load may not be big enough for the k8064.

I use the same dimmer with led lamps and then i don´t have problems.
How can i solve the problem?
Maybe with a condensator?

Your lamp is not mentioned here. So problems CAN emerge.
As stated further on that product page, it should handle inductive loads within reasonable limits. Your lamp will probably have a capacitive power factor. So in fact you should compensate with a coil, altough I’ve never seen someone doing that (compensating inductive loads with a capacitor is common use but you need the opposite, which is quite rare).
