Differences between K8061, VM140, K8000, K6714-16 / combine

Hi,
I want to control 7 12V-DC-Motors by pc (on, off, speed and direction for each motor) by vb6 - to make an robot-arm with 6 Axes + 1 tool running .

Before I buy, I want to ask some questions:

  1. Is VM140 the same like K8061, just ready for use?
  2. Can I combine directly the VM140/K8061 with K6714-16 Relais-Card or do I have to use the K8000?
  3. Can I buy the K8000 ready for use (VM…)?

I think about using the VM140 to control the K6714-16 Relais (should I use for this the Open Collector-Ports?).
The K6714-16 controls a platine I have to build with strong switch-relais (to select the direction of the motor).
And the VM140 should control stronger electronic elements (don´t know exact at the moment) to change the Volts for the speed-control for the motors from 0 to 100%.
And at last the VM140 should check 6 angels of the motors or the arm - like a wheel in a pc-mouse (on/off for each degree or some degrees, the direction is known).
