Cannot run my PCS500 after re-loading the software

Hi,
after a Computer Crash I had to re-install all my software. After installing the recent version of PC_LAB2000se I tried to start my pcs500 oscilloscope - and got the pop-up message: “Load error: Could not open the DriverLINK Driver. Please run Install_DRV.exe to install the driver”. This I did - and nothing occured. Re-booting and starting PSC500 again - the same error message (after this cames a pop-up: “Software runs now in Demo Mode. Click ‘Run’ to start the Demo”. OK - this happened, but how to get the osci tu run correctly?)
Then I checked my WINDOWS-files: the Driver DLPortIO.dll was correctly found in the “system32” Directory.
Now my Computer knowledge is finished - who is able to give me further advises to bring the PcLab2000SE to run???

This should help:
In Windows enter regedit: Click Start, Run and type regedit and click OK.
In regedit look under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\

There should be a “DLPortIO” key (folder) in there.
If there is, delete it, close regedit and then reboot.

If still no help:
Enter regedit again.
Under:
“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\dlportio”. Change the Start value to “1” and reboot.

To enter to the normal oscilloscope mode in the PCLAB2000SE select: Options -> Hardware setup -> PCS500.
