Bathroom fan control; beginners question

Dear forum guys,

I would like to know how to solve the following “challenge”.
fan now works with timer activated by lightswitch. (3 minute turn on delay) 15 minute turn off delay.
Problem: when my girlfriend is resting in the bath she realy hates the noise of the fan…
So I’m looking for a solution as follows:

  1. turn on light
  2. if light is on longer than 5 minutes
  3. switch on fan when light is turned off.
  4. otherwise leave fan off.

how to do with with what kind of kit (if possible)?

Little chance you will get an answer.
This is not possible with a standard kit or kits.
You will need to develop a custom circuit.
