Hi,
Please help. I baught 8076 and did not check specification careful enough.
I need to program 16F88 but this does not sem to be supported?
Is there any possibility to make it? any update for the sofware or any other software able to use this programmer?
Please help!
regards,

Hi All,
After long survey, try, fail and desperation I finaly made it myself.
I found many PC software that would support the 16F88 but did not know if or how they would support the 8076 Programmer.
Now used DL4YHF WinPic ( freenet-homepage.de/dl4yhf/winpicpr.html ) and set the Interface-type to “SampleInterfaceOnSerialPort.ini” (on the interface-Tab with the “Select” Button.
Then connected the ICSP1 wires same as 16F84 (which has simmilar pin-layout) (the original 8076 Software gives this informations very beautyfull, or you can easily get it from the datasheets) and thats it.
It seems to work now.
Maybe my experiance might help some of you with similar problem if your chip is not known in the 8076 PicProg2006 Software.
regards,
Rolf
